Overview
I led the redesign of the listing experience to improve how renters discover content, message property managers, and book tours.
Opportunity
Renters were spending too much time scrolling through listing content that wasn't relevant to them, leading to drop-offs before they ever reached key details like amenities, photos, or tour availability
Needs
Users needed a faster way to navigate listings and a simpler path to message property managers and book tours — without repeating themselves across multiple properties.
Contraints
Any changes to the listing page structure had to preserve SEO performance and crawlability. We worked closely with the SEO team to ensure that improving the user experience didn't come at the cost of organic traffic

Solution
A new sub-navigation gave users direct access to the content they cared about while a streamlined messaging flow made it easier to reach out to multiple properties at once.
